Group Therapy provides individuals the opportunity to come together, under the guidance of one to two trained therapists, to work on improving their lives in one way or another. It is our mission to develop a genuine community, where individuals are encouraged and supported through honesty and vulnerability. Resilience X 6
Resilience X 6: A Science-Based Resilience Training That Will Help You Navigate Life’s Setbacks and Thrive
Research has shown that people with high resilience are more capable of navigating life’s obstacles and challenges in a healthy way, growing stronger and more adaptable with every setback.
When: 6 Group Sessions: March 6th to April 10th
Day/Time: Thursdays from 5:00-6:00pm
Ages: 18 and up
Cost: $35 per session
Group Description: Learn to apply evidence-based resilience strategies when dealing with challenges, adopt the mindsets and practices of a resilient person, and ultimately bounce back from hardship more successfully, bringing you closer to your ideal life. Every session, we’ll dive deep into a specific facet of resilience, giving you plenty of time to digest the information and implement your new techniques and mindsets into practice more successfully. A Faith-Based Trauma Group for Healing and Growth

Let’s Talk: Group Counseling for Anxiety & Depression
Learn about the cycle of anxiety and depression, coping skills, physiology (what’s happening in the body?), hear from others & their story.
When: 8 sessions, Beginning March 4th, Tuesday nights
Time: 7:00pm-8:00pm or 8:00pm-9:00pm
For: Teen Girls (ages 14-18) or Young Adult Women (ages 19-24)
Cost: $25 per session
Details: Each session will be 50-55 minutes. This group will be two separate groups based on age range and number of participants.

Blues Program
Buxmont Counseling is utilizing the Blues Program, an acclaimed wellbeing program for teens (ages 14-18). The Blues Program gives young people the tools to look after their emotional wellbeing; teaching emotional resilience, reduces low mood, and helps alleviate anxious thoughts.
6 Group Sessions: Beginning March 6th
For: Adolescent Males, ages 14-18
Cost: $35 per session
Group Description: This group is for those struggling with low mood (depression related symptoms), anxious thoughts, emotional awareness.

Physical Disability Group
Join our 6-week therapy and support group designed for individuals impacted by physical disabilities.
Time Commitment: 6 weeks, 1 session per week
Participants: Limited to 8 individuals per group
Ages: 18+
Location: Buxmont Counseling Center Conference Room

Fee: $20 per session
Group Description: Each session will focus on relevant topics, provide practical coping strategies, and help you build a personalized toolkit for managing challenges. You'll also gain valuable community resources and connect with others who share similar experiences in a supportive environment.
Please Note: Participants are required to schedule a brief 15-minute intake call with Andie Farnham or Keara McDevitt, before joining the group. Financial Assistance available.
